I think he will go to a club not because of financial reasons, but of making the right club for that stage in his career. This won't be Liverpool, it will be Hull most likely, or a place where he is guarenteed that he will get first team football.

As a fan, I actually didn't like Michael much. Fine, he's still bitter Keegan walked (again) or whatever, but every game he played looked like he did so half-heartedly. The only reason we played him, in my opinion, is that we tried to get as much out of him, considering how much was paid for him those years ago.
Yes but you have to see it from his point of view, that he needs to rekindel his spirt with good-performances. Now that could happen at Newcastle, but it would mean much more to his international career if it happened in the prem.
